Aware of our responsibility towards the environment, society, and future generations, IVICOM Consulting d.o.o. has prepared its first sustainability report to transparently inform all interested stakeholders and the general public about our practices, policies, future initiatives, as well as impacts, risks, and opportunities in relation to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues.
As we apply several standardized norms that ensure quality management, environmental protection, and appropriate health and safety measures for employees, we decided to present all our efforts related to managing impacts on people and the environment in this voluntary sustainability report. We are fully aware that only sustainable business ensures our long-term competitiveness and resilience.
The report was prepared in accordance with the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standards for non-listed SMEs (VSME) developed by EFRAG, covering the reporting period from 1 January to 31 December 2024.
For more than 25 years, we have remained true to our core values – excellence, expertise, and responsibility. Now, we are strengthening our focus on sustainability to create long-term value for all our stakeholders. In the report, we also present our new Sustainability Strategy until 2030, aligned with the EU’s sustainability goals and policies – including the European Green Deal and the Net-Zero Industry Act.
Our sustainability strategy is based on:
- reducing our carbon footprint,
- promoting energy efficiency,
- applying circular economy principles across all our services,
- ensuring sustainable waste management, and
- strengthening cooperation with all stakeholders.

This report represents our first step towards regular and systematic sustainability reporting, with the goal of strengthening stakeholder trust – especially among our employees, business partners, clients, and the wider community – and demonstrating our commitment to green transition, social responsibility, and transparent governance.
