IVICOM has two ongoing contracts for construction of new silica processing factory in Bjelajce / Mrkonjic Grad. Factory will be operated by company RS Silicon established by Metalleghe company from Brescia / Italy. First contract has been signed with company Boldrocchi (Italy) for construction of new bag filter unit. IVICOM Consulting as member of Consortium led by Hamon Research Cottrell, successfully finished upgrading of existing electrostatic precipitator (ESP) in Thermal Power Plant Kakanj , Unit 7 (230 MW). Existing ESP has been upgraded with a fabric bag filter, aimed to increase the efficiency and reduce plant's dust emissions to meet the EU standards. Scope of IVICOM works was delivery and erection of key equipment, engineering and site management services. Project value contracted in accordance with Bosnian Public Procurement Law was 6,6 million Euro.
