DHHI workshop in Dalian/ China where new mobile equipment for Port of Ploče will be manufactured
In December 2014, IVICOM signed EPC Turn Key contract with company CNBM International Engineering , Beijing / China for construction of part of new bulk terminal in Port of Ploče / Croatia.
In scope of IVICOM contract is new transport system (belt conveyers with capacities up to 4.000 t/h), train loading station and control system for whole bulk terminal, which will handle mostly coal and iron ore.
CNBM will manufacture (with DHHI Co. as subcontractor) and deliver, mobile port equipment such as grab ship unloader and stacker reclaimer under IVICOM supervision.
IVICOM just finished basic design and after Client approval will continue with detail design, manufacturing and purchasing of key equipment for transport system.
New bulk terminal with investment of 30 mill €, should be in operation from October 2016.
